First Communion (2nd graders) and
Confirmation (9th and 10th graders) Registration Information First Communion families who are registered parishioners of Fatima Parish should have received your forms, in the mail, to complete and bring to the Parish Office along with your child's Baptism Certificate copy and your check for the class fee. Registration forms can be filled-out at the Parish Office for all other students requesting to make their First Communion at Fatima. Please bring a check to pay the fee and a copy of your Child's Baptism Certificate. If you belong to a different Catholic parish, home school, etc. , PLEASE call the parish office for instructions on what you will need to bring when registering at the Fatima Parish Office. Confirmation applicants will fill out their form at the Parish Office. You must submit a copy of your child's Baptism Certificate and a check for the class fee. The Deadline to Register is July 18, 2024. |
Registration for 2024-2025 CCD is now taking place. CCD is religious instruction provided by the Parish for public school students in grades 1-8.
Do you know an adult who wishes to become Catholic, or anyone interested in learning more about the Catholic Faith? Order of Christian Initiation of Adults, known as OCIA, is the way the Roman Catholic Church brings adults into full membership. Classes begin in August and are held on Sunday evenings following the 5:00 p.m. Mass in the Knight Hall Conference Room. The Youth and Family Religious Formation Plan for summer 2024 through summer 2025 is now available to view! This plan contains the full calendar of events, meeting times, registration information, and details on the formation programs we will be launching for adult men, adult women, youth in elementary, middle, and high school.
